hpux under the cc does not support ANSI C syntax do?

hpux version B.11.11 U 9000/800
I compile a file cc error for the following statement:

typedef void (* lgenfp_t) (void );

error: (Bundled) cc: "oratypes.h", line 444: error 1705: Function prototypes are an ; ANSI feature.

and cc and no help and man pages! I should hpun under what compiler? How to obtain help information about the cc?
