If this file in your native:

Method 1: In your native bcp command line execution for import and export, this operation is a local file.
Method 2: If your host name of the machine is LZPC, open D drive sharing, so that the LAN database machine can be \ \ LZPC \ D $ \ txt \ mobile.txt access to your files. Use this with the UNC Bulk Insert.

If your LAN has a host (host name: PC101, IP: 192.168.1.101) on the D drive and a shared folder SharedFolder.

access the host disk D:
\ \ PC101 \ D $ \
\ \ 192.168.1.101 \ D $ \
access the shared folder SharedFolder:
\ \ PC101 \ SharedFolder \
\ \ 192.168.1.101 \ SharedFolder \
